WARRANTIES

• 5-year manufacturer‘s warranty for any material defects or production faults of the aluminum structureof the tent.
• Lifelong warranty against corrosion of the aluminum structure of the tent.
• 10 year guaranteed availability of all spare parts of the aluminum structure.

CERTIFICATIONS

• MASTERTENT® is TÜV-certified (product certification).
• The MASTERTENT® fabric is fire retardant in accordance with EU Norm EN 13501 - 1:2002 and M2 and has been successfully tested to current ISO criteria for tensile strength, waterproof finishing and color fastness.
• MASTERTENT® has been successfully tested for its stability in diff erent wind forces in a wind channel by an accredited science institute.
• MASTERTENT® underwent a structural analysis by certified engineers and requires no further certifiication from structural engineers or government agencies.
