Mastertent | Smoking tent + Air opening
The customer’s request:
Different customers of tents as well as of pavilions approached MASTERTENT with the same problem: if someone smokes or cooks under the tent or pavilion, the smoke and the smell get stacked in the interior of the tent, and a stay turns nasty.
The MASTERTENT solution:
Our solution for the tents leans on the flag appliance. The upper part of the roof is furnished with a net instead of tissue, where fume, smell, steam and heat can treat out. To avoid rain entering in the internal part of the tent, a short flag appliance in combination with a cover gets attached on the roof. The solutions is primary thought for square tents (3x3, 4x4 and 5x5), but can also be used for rectangular folding tents.
For our pavilions the solution was a bit more difficult. It wasn’t possible to apply a net on the roof peek due to the roof weight, so the openings had to be installed on the lateral surface. To avoid water to enter through the openings, this one’s had to be provided with covers. These covers had to be provided itself with arched strengthening, so that they could remain open and to allow the smoke/steam to get out.
