Customer requirement:
The customer requested a covered area of about 5x5m to use as smoking area with a access corridor of 5x2,5 in front of the restaurant. The customer wanted to allow his guests to reach the smoking room on the terrace from the interior of the hotel through a covered and closed corridor of 5x5,2m with lateral walls. This external smoking area shall be heated and offer seating accommodation.
