Custom Size Gazebo or Modular System?

You did not find you prefered gazebo size; choosing the proper size is difficult or our gazebos are just too small for you? It's about time to learn about our modular system. This system enables us to create new dimensions for you.

Common Gazebo Size Questions

The biggest gazebo size is the 8x4 m however you can slightly expand the covered area by choosing a roof with awnings, this will give you gazebo ca 60 cm more on each side. If you need a greater amount of space, you can combine more gazebos together, creating a completely covered area thanks to our modular system.
You can find here an example of how one of our clients used the modular system to create an entire tent park.

The smallest gazebo on the market is the 1.5 x 1.5 m. It is available with either a flat roof or a pointed roof and is widely used as a ticket office or infopoint or exhibition stand, thanks to its customisable sidewalls and counter.

Normally, tents start at a size of 1.5x1.5m and go up to 8x4m. The most common size we are used to see around is the 3x3m. Also very common are the 4.5x3m and the 6x3m
It all depends, of course, on your needs. Here is an overview of the standard sizes you can choose from.

Don't forget that it is possible to combine several tents together thanks to the modular system or to request a custom-size tent.

To measure the size of a gazebo, follow these steps:

  1. Length: Measure the distance from one end of the gazebo to the other in a straight line. Start at the outer edge of one side and measure all the way to the outer edge of the opposite side. This will give you the length of the gazebo.

  2. Width: Measure the distance from one side of the gazebo to the other side. Start at the outer edge of one side and measure straight across to the outer edge of the opposite side. This will give you the width of the gazebo.

  3. Height: you will have to consider 3 different height measurements:
    • For the maximum height: measure the height of the gazebo by starting from the ground and measuring vertically to the highest point of the gazebo's roof  with completely extended leg length
    • For the minimum height: measure the height of the gazebo by starting from the ground and measuring vertically to the highest point of the gazebo's roof with minimum leg extension length
    • For the entrance height: measure the height of the gazebo by starting from the ground and measuring vertically to the valance t of the gazebo's roof with completely extended leg length (eventually repeat this measurement also with minimum leg extension)

  4. Additional measurements: If your gazebo has any specific features or extensions, such as awnings, measure those separately to determine their dimensions.

It depends on your needs! Type of use, available space, type of gazebo, side walls. There are many factors that can influence the choice of a good size for a gazebo.  We help you to find out the perfect size for a gazebo in this blog article "The Right Tent Size".  Spoiler: the most common size for a tent is the 3x3m.

As additional tool to find a good size for a gazebo you can use the following table with standard measures and their covered area.

When choosing a gazebo for a hot tub, it's important to consider both the size of the hot tub and the space required for comfortable access and movement around it. Here are some guidelines to help you determine the appropriate size for a gazebo for your hot tub:

  1. Dimensions of the hot tub: Measure the length, width, and height of your hot tub. Consider any additional space needed for covers, steps, or other accessories. Ensure that the gazebo provides enough room to accommodate the hot tub comfortably without any parts being obstructed.

  2. Space for access and movement: Allow enough space around the hot tub within the gazebo to ensure easy access and movement. This includes entering and exiting the hot tub, as well as space for people to move around it comfortably.

For a one person hot tub a 2x2 m gazebo should be enough to completely cover the hot tub and leaving also space for a bench or a small armchair to leave towels, bathrobes, slippers, and small bath maintenance accessories.

The medium size for a hot tub goes around 2.5x2.5 m and it can host between 4 and 6 persons. In this case the 3x3 m gazebo is the perfect solution to cover completely the bath area. If your hot tub is slightly bigger or you want some additional space around the 4x4m or the 4.5x3m gazebos can both perform the task extremely well.

Bigger hot tubs require obviously bigger gazebos. If you have a square or a round big hot tub you should consider the 5x5m gazebo. If instead you own a rectangular hot tub opt for a 8x4m gazebo. Don't forget that if you have a slightly longer o larger hot tub you can ask for a roof with awnings, in this way you will add additional 60cm in each direction. And for even bigger sizes you can combine different gazebo sizes thanks to the modular system.

The size for a market tent always depends on the sales space you are allocated and the goods you want to display. The most common sizes are 3x3 m and 4.5x3 m. If you want to offer more comfort to your customers, we recommend you choose a roof with a front awning, so that you can protect customers approaching your stand from sun and weather. Useful Tips for the Right Choice

Those are our aluminium gazebo standard sizes:

1.5x1.5 m - 2x2 m - 3x1,5 m - 3x2 m - 4x2 m - 3x3 m - 4.5x3 m - 4x4 m - 6x3 m - 5x5 m - 6x4 m - 8x4 m

When determining the appropriate size for a folding gazebo, there are several factors to consider. Start by estimating the number of guests expected to attend your event and assess the available space. Think about how the gazebo will be used, whether for dining, dancing, or accommodating additional elements like a stage or bar. Based on these considerations, you can calculate the required space per person, taking into account whether they will be standing, seated at different types of tables, or on a dance floor. Additionally, we provided a helpful table with recommended tent sizes based on the number of visitors. If you plan to offer seating with beer garden table sets, remember to account for the dimensions of the tables, benches, and necessary spacing. Finally, for events with varying space needs, it's possible to connect multiple gazebos and ensure a weatherproof environment with the use of connecting clamps and rain gutters. By taking these factors into account, you can choose the right tent size and create a comfortable and functional space for your event.
