Adding Logos & Print For printed tents, our in-house graphic designers will create 2D and 3D layouts of your custom printed tent for you to review and approve. Production and Delivery Once you've confirmed and placed your order, we'll start production on your custom tent or start packaging one of our ready-to-ship tents from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

How many people does it take to set up a Mastertent?

Easy Setup, No Tools Required

Your Mastertent combines the durability of a more significant structure with the ease of use of a pop-up tent. The folding design allows for a quick, 60-second setup alone or with two people on larger tent sizes.

Simply expand your tent frame, lock each corner bracket into place, and extend each tent leg to the desired height.

Is my Mastertent fire-rated?

Yes, all Mastertent fabrics are certified fire-retardant to meet North American and European fire safety standards. Your tent roof and sidewalls feature a sewn-in tag listing fire certifications for any on-site fire marshal checks.

Where is Mastertent made?

We manufacture all of our canopy tents in-house. As a global company, we split production and offices between Europe and North America. Our main North American facility is located in Charlotte, North Carolina - home to production, warehouse, and our sales, service, and design staff.
