Are gazebos easy to erect?

2 people can easily erect a Mastertent folding tent in 1 minute. There are no individual parts and no tools are needed for assembly.

Is the folding gazebo fire-retardant?

Yes, all our folding gazebos are fire-retardant.

The fabric types used in our Oxford 250D and 500D, Pirontex® (600D), ECO and PVC tent fabrics have been tested by the Dutch testing institute "Efectis nederland BV" for fire behaviour and classified as flame-retardant with the classification "B, s1/s2, d0 according to EN13501-1:2077+A1:2009.

Is aluminium better than steel for gazebos?

Folding gazebos made of aluminium are corrosion-resistant, unlike folding gazebos made of steel, which means that moisture and rain cannot harm them!

Can a gazebo be left outside all year round?

Yes, Mastertent gazebos can be left outside all year long.

If your gazebo is standing outside over long periods of time, it is important to fasten it appropriately on the ground and to clean them in case of snow. If this is your case, we suggest to use the most resistant gazebo textile: Pirontex®.

Which gazebo should I buy?

Depending on the use you want to make of your gazebo we recommend the Series 1 if you are a professional who will use the gazebo a lot and who wants it fully customised. Series 2 is for those who are looking for a high quality tent at a somewhat more affordable price. Both tents are still at the top of the market in terms of durability and quality. We recommend that you take a look at our different fabrics and accessories to see which combination best suits your needs.

How long does it take to erect a Mastertent gazebo?

Depending on the gazebo sizes and number of accessories and sidewalls the erection time starts from 60 seconds for a classic 3x3 m (even less for smaller gazebos) and can be extended to 5-6 minutes for more complex structures for example the 8x4 Rescue Kit with inside tent.

Can I buy spare parts for my Mastertent gazebo?

Yes, Mastertent offers a full spare part service and a 15 years guarantee on aluminium frame availability. With CARE and CARE+ you can even insure your gazebo and receive a 70% discount on spare parts.

Can I leave the canopy on my gazebo when I take it down?

Yes, we will deliver you the gazebo with the roof already mounted on the aluminium structure and you can leave it there forever! Make sure the roof is dry before closing and storing the gazebo.
