1. Folding Gazebos

The satisfaction of our customers is close to our hearts. This is why we subject our folding gazebos to numerous tests that confirm quality, stability, waterproofness, tensile strength and colour fastness. These tests also rule out any possible material and production defects. The guarantees and certifications have been issued by international experts in the respective fields.

Warranty Service

• 5-year warranty on material and production defects of the aluminium frame
• Lifelong warranty on corrosion of the aluminium frame*
• 15-year availability of all spare parts of the aluminium frame

*special cases excluded (e. g. frequent use of the gazebo in sea air)

Certifications: 

• ISO 9001 company certification: ensures the quality of the products, the reliability of the company and the company's commitment to always improve in order to offer the best possible service.
• All gazebos are TÜV certified (product certification).
• The Mastertent fabric is fire-retardant in compliance with the EU Norm EN 13501 – 1:2007 and has been successfully tested to current ISO criteria for tensile strength, waterproofness and colour fastness.

2. Table and Bench Sets

Because your comfort, safety and well-being are very important to us, our folding furnitures are certified and inspected by renowned institutions.  

Warranty service:

• 10 years availability of all spare parts

Certifications, classifications, calculations:

• Mastertent is TÜV-SÜD-certified

• Fire classification DIN EN 13501-1:2007 CLASS E by the ift Rosenheim testing laboratory

• The use of UV-glaze which is free of harmful substances, was approved by the German enterprise Landshuter Lackfabrik .

• Static check of the Comfort frame

• Static check of the c-shaped steel profile

• All materials used to manufacture the tables & benches are REACH compliant.

3. Pavilions

To ensure the most efficient use of Mastertent pavilions, they are regularly inspected and certified by international experts.

Warranty services

• 2-year manufacturer warranty on material production defects of the aluminium frame of the pavilion.

•  10-year availability of all spare parts for the galvanized steel structure 

Certifications

• For IT: approved fabric UNI 9777 CL 2
  For DE: according to DIN 4102 B1 the PVC fabric is flame retardant
  For FR: PVC fabric is flame-retardant according to NFP 92-507 M2
  for all the other languages it applies the norm of DE

• TÜV-SÜD certified

• Certified stability at varying wind speeds

• Static calculation of the steel structure

• All materials for the production of the pavilions are REACH-compliant.
