From Pop-Up to Brick-and-Mortar

Based in Montgomery, Texas, Bar-A-BBQ launched in a pop-up market format. Starting small with a barbecue tent and pop-up format allowed Bar-A-BBQ to prove demand and grow its business. The restaurant has since expanded from a tent and trailer to a permanent brick-and-mortar business. The original Bar-A-BBQ Mastertent now serves for catering events and is featured in the restaurant's menu illustrations.
