How Do You Order a Custom Chapter Tent?

1. Select Your Events and Tent Size

Tell us whether the tent will be used for recruitment, fundraisers, tailgates, campus fairs or several events. Compare 10x10 ft, 15x10 ft, 20x10 ft and connected tent configurations.

2. Provide Approved Colors and Artwork

Send your approved color references, Greek letters, chapter name, logos and other available artwork. Mastertent prepares the printing layout using the assets you provide but does not create a new chapter logo or identity from scratch.

3. Review Your Design

Our graphics team prepares the layout and provides 2D and 3D mock-ups for review.

4. Review Your 2D or 3D Visualization

Review the complete tent design before approval and production. Necessary layout adjustments can be coordinated with your Product Expert and the graphics team.

In controlled wind-tunnel testing, a 10x10 ft Series 1 canopy secured with one 60 lb base weight per leg withstood wind speeds of up to 62 mph. This is not a safe operating wind speed; close and store the tent whenever conditions become unsafe or uncertain.
