All standard fabrics are treated to be fire-retardant and comply with recognized North American and European standards, including NFPA 701, CPAI-84 Sec. 6, CAN/ULC-S109, and EN 13501-1:2007.

The Rescue Package features smart, multi-function sidewalls built for changing field conditions.

Each sidewall combines a roll-up door, mesh screen, transparent PVC layer, and privacy cover in one flexible system. Zippers are accessible from both inside and outside for fast adjustments during active use.

The setup also includes a new floor with eyelet system for a more secure fit and a cleaner interior finish.

  3. Adding Logos & Print

  4. Production and Delivery
    Once you've confirmed and placed your order, we'll start production on your custom tent or start packaging one of our ready-to-ship tents from our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Your Mastertent combines the durability of a more significant structure with the ease of use of a pop-up tent. The folding design allows for a quick, 60-second setup alone or with two people on larger tent sizes. 

Simply expand your tent frame, lock each corner bracket into place, and extend each tent leg to the desired height.

Yes, all Mastertent fabrics are certified fire-retardant to meet North American and European fire safety standards. Your tent roof and sidewalls feature a sewn-in tag listing fire certifications for any on-site fire marshal checks. 

We manufacture all of our canopy tents in-house. As a global company, we split production and offices between Europe and North America. Our main North American facility is located in Charlotte, North Carolina - home to production, warehouse, and our sales, service, and design staff.
