Carefree with CARE and CARE+ Tent Coverage Programs
The two service packages CARE and CARE+ can only be purchased when buying a new canopy tent and can not be applied retroactively to products already purchased. Ask your Product Expert about CARE coverage.
We understand that accidents come in all shapes and sizes, so ProCare and ProCare+ give you product protection for just about any damaged canopy tent situation:
- Strong weather or wind lift and damage the tent
- Accidental drop breaks an aluminum connector
- Vehicle runs into the tent and damages the tent leg
- Aggressive mishandling bends a folding truss
- Something sharp punctures or rips the roof fabric
- Prolonged sun exposure fades the tent printing or fabric
- Improper storage causes the tent fabrics to mold or detriorate
- Transport and shipping damages or misplace the tent
- Tents are stolen*
* Theft is eligible for total replacement under ProCare+ when a police report is filed and presented.

Cover your canopy tent with terms from 1-3 years at the time of purchase. After your initial coverage period, you can renew your tent coverage based on your need.
1. Contact your Product Expert or our general company line at [email protected].
2. Send us the serial number of the tent roof or frame structure (located on product tags or printed directly onto the product) as well as your insurance number, and any photos of the tent damage.
3. Our Product Experts will evaluate your tent and prepare the best quick repair or replacement plan.
The contract holder can terminate CARE/+ annually at the due date. If you do not choose to renew your CARE/+ coverage, it will automatically be canceled at the end of the designated contract.
