FAQ - Printing

Which areas of a folding gazebo can be printed?

All of them! Thermal transfer and screen printing can be applied to all tent fabric surfaces without restriction: Sidewalls on both sides (closed, with window, with door or half-high), valances and the roof.

Sidewalls

The sidewalls can be printed either only on the inside, only on the outside or on both sides.
For a printing on both sides, we print two separate sidewalls made of 500D Oxford fabric and sew them together, putting an extra layer of black textile in between to prevent the print from shining through on the other side. If you wish, we can also sew an extra layer of fabric onto the sidewalls printed on only one side.

Roof

Both the valances and the rest of the folding gazebo’s roof can be printed.
If you participate in different events with the same folding gazebo and thus need to change the lettering or logo on the valance, we offer you the possibility of printing one or more valances separately, and then attaching the relevant valance with a strong Velcro strip on the roof.

How long does it take to receive the first graphic design of the gazebo?

The first graphic design is usually completed and sent to you within one working day or even faster. These short waiting times are made possible thanks to our in-house graphics department, which starts designing as soon as we receive your request.

Can flags and banners also be printed?

Yes, flags, banners and rotating advertising media of any size can be printed as well. Also in this case, our graphics team will create designs according to your wishes and take care of the format, size, colours and the layout.

Can I see and confirm the graphic design before my folding gazebo is produced?

That's exactly what we are here for. We will not start printing until you are satisfied with the graphic design. You will receive the design of the folding gazebo in both 2D and 3D, so you can check even the smallest details and get a realistic idea of how your folding gazebo will look like. Moreover, you will always have the same contact person, who will then contact our graphics department.

What files do I need to submit for the gazebo’s graphic design?

Vector files are always best, as they can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Vector data and/or high-resolution images are required for sublimation printings.

For a full-surface sublimation print, we require:

The print file at a scale of 1:1 with a resolution of 100 dpi; or at a scale of 1:10 with a resolution of 300 dpi
All fonts must be converted to paths.
Please create a print file without overhang or crop marks
All images must be embedded in file

Can I print vector graphics only or photos as well?

Thanks to sublimation printing, it is also possible to print photos on both the gazebo's roof and sidewalls. The print quality is excellent and your photos will be extremely detailed. For optimal printing, the photo format should be 1:1 at 100 dpi or 1:100 at 300 dpi.

Are the inks you use safe?

The environment, but also the people are very important to us. That is why all the inks we use for printing are 100% harmless. They have been certified with the ECO Passport.
