    MASTERTENT products are built to last. Our high quality, durable materials are specifically engineered for frequent professional use.

    The aluminum frame components are designed to be replaceable in the event of damage.  Should the need for a repair ever arise, you’ll find it easy to get support and order the proper replacement part.

    To reduce shipping and handling, we find many customers enjoy managing a quick repair themselves.  However, if you ever have severe damage or just don’t feel comfortable handling a repair, we are happy to assist you!

    In order to identify the defective part and corresponding replacement part, please read the article number that can be found on it (only available for MASTERTENT S1). Tell us this article number and we’ll send you the correct spare part.
